This is a great event! It gave us a chance to clean up our fine and we can enjoy borrow books from our neighborhood library again. I have about $50 fine in my library account due to last summer I forgot to renew books. Since then I stopped going to San Jose library, instead go to Cupertino or Saratoga library (they have more tolerant rules). My daughters missed Calabazas library. This time they joined with me together to this volunteer event. After the event, we were all very excited. This event not only gave us an opportunity to contribute to our society, but also benefited ourselves and we can borrow books from library again! My daughters also learned they should keep books clean and align well in the book shelf. It is a great event! Our library administrator should consider organize this kind of win-win event more often.
