Immigration Film Screening & Discussion

Join us for a presentation of the PBS documentary Life on the Line, which puts a human face on the highly politicized issue of families with mixed immigration statuses.  Immediately following the film there will be a question and answer session with film director Jen Gilomen.

Members of the Santa Clara County Rapid Response Network will also join us to present a short video, followed by a quick presentation on how community members can protect themselves from immigration agents and report ICE activity.

Are you serious?!? Our public library, which we taxpayers pay for, are hosting an event that instructs criminals (and that's what illegals are) how to avoid ICE?? Why don't you show a video on how they can become legal citizens? I'd actually be willing to pay for that.
