This workshop is designed to provide parents in our community wellness tips on meditation. Research indicates that meditation may reduce stress and improve health. A simple technique practiced for as few as 10 minutes per day can help you control stress, decrease anxiety, improve cardiovascular health, and achieve a greater capacity for relaxation. Research also show that when parents are stressed so are the children, which in many cases affects the ability to perform at their academic best.
