Love to read or just need more practice? Join Read to Thrive’s lively bimonthly book club for readers at the 3rd and 4th grade reading level. Participants will read a monthly book selection and meet in the library for interactive discussion and fun activities that promote the development of critical thinking and reading comprehension skills.
Read to Thrive volunteer will work with children to comprehend and enjoy reading while also learning to express thoughts and opinions in group discussion.
Participants will also earn vouchers for a free book from the Friends of the library Book Sale area.
The Club runs the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month in Study Room A.
