Ms. Carol reading was great and she had occassional breaks after each book reading to sing got my 22 month old child really interested in the activities. We thought that was an excellent idea since our child cannot sit still for long periods.

We participated in our first Inclusive story time today. I have a 5 year old boy on the ASD. The participants are a majority 3 years old and under. Children in class were very loud and disruptive. If this class is going to be sensitive to children with special needs, it would be best to be sensitive to the children you are trying to serve. My son had a very hard time concentrating because of screaming babies and children that parents were not mindful or being respectful to other children. The storyteller was great very cheery! I loved the visual supports used in the class as well. I would love to see a class that may set rules to respect children with sensory challenges.

I arrived for the 1:00-3:00 class but the instructor did not show up....I waited for over twenty minutes. The instructor failed to announce a cancellation. Considering the distance driven I will not e trying this library again.
